The North Texas Chapter of PAMS has led 17 medical mission trips to underserved communities in Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Yantalo (San Martín), and El Pedregal (La Libertad) since 2007.

Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, we have provided life-changing medical care to nearly 3,050 patients, including children and young adults. Of these, 572 individuals received critical surgical procedures—giving them a second chance at a healthier, brighter future.

Beyond medical care, we are committed to empowering communities. We’ve supported local orphanages and donated 535 bicycles to schoolchildren, ensuring they have reliable transportation to pursue their education.

We also proudly support “Perú País Que Sonríe”, providing essential cleft lip and palate surgeries for underprivileged children in Lima, restoring smiles and hope.
